Our Group Surf Lessons in Newquay are a great way to get an introduction into surfing and enjoy time on the beach in a safe environment. Our open group lessons give you the chance to learn in a supportive and friendly atmosphere, join the group as an individual or bring some friends, we cater for all ages and abilities.
Classic Bellyboarding is making a comeback and we’re here for it! From swimming with fins, duck diving waves, turning and even catching unbroken green waves, you will be guided through all the steps that make an addictively fun Bellyboard session.
Enjoy sections of adventure swimming, rock hopping, sluices, whirlpools, cave exploration, low-level traversing, sea survival skills and jumps to complete the Classic Coasteer.
We had an incredible time today coasteering! Jack and Sarah were brilliant and took away all my nerves. Loads of fun and laughs were had by our whole group. I would 100% recommend to anyone who fancies giving it a go. Solid 10/10 afternoon out 🤩
Stayed with Cornish Wave 24th-26th May, I had a great time, lots of fun. Jey and Jake are very easy to get along with. I only wish I had booked a little longer for the surfing.
Jake was extremely knowledge and patient. We experienced in all aspects of sea behaviour and kept us safe during our coasteering trip. Would recommend to all to book with this company. All wet suits and aids provided plus a lovely coffee shop next called four street where Jakes future wife opened the door for us. Don't forget our invite to the wedding guys 😀
My two sons had an epic four hours of surfing with Matt today. Matt was a brilliant and knowledgeable instructor and in their words ‘the best’ and ‘amazing’ - especially after doing a headstand on the board! Thank you Matt for your time and for giving them both a great experience surfing in the Cornish Sea! We would recommend Cornish Wave without hesitation and we hope to be back again one day soon.
We went coasteering with Patrick and Patrick on 29 May, and had a great time. The 'getting ready' time (wetsuits, buoyancy aids etc) wasn't too bad although we wouldn't have minded arriving half an hour earlier to suit up so we could head straight out for more time in the sea! We were taken to a sheltered spot and the challenges got steadily higher, which helped my youngest get used to jumping off cliffs for the first time. A really nice mixed group of families all having fun, no pressure and lots of help from the instructors. Highly recommended!
