Hawkridge Bird of Prey Centre

Fabulous!!! Great to see so many birds on display and watching them fly was as always breathtaking. There was an opportunity to hold the birds using a glove and have your photo taken if you wished. Very reasonably priced fabulous photos ready in minutes nicely mounted to take home. The owners were friendly, more than happy to explain the upkeep of the birds and very informative about their species.

Booked a 1 hour handling experience with my 7 year old Son. We had a relaxed, informative, enjoyable experience meeting many of their raptors and Echo the Owl. My Son asked lots of questions and it felt like a big informal chat, receiving information on each raptor on their personality and species. We also watched the show at 1pm after. A fantastic half day spent there. Great value for money.

I had a half day experience on 17th September 2022 and throughly enjoyed it. Sharon and Simon where friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Getting up close, holding and feeding the birds was an amazing experience and highly recommended. I felt safe and relaxed straight away and all the birds were calm and friendly especially when you are the one with the food! The big owl Echo was my favourite and can't wait to go back again! What can I say but what a amazing experience. The staff talk about the birds with a Passion! You get to fly so many different birds and you can't help but smile while you are doing the experience and for me I was still smiling hours later it's one thing you should put on your bucket list
