A very beautiful and cozy zoo. You won't find big animals here, but there is something else here and it is peace and quiet, a real place to relax, both for couples and for walks with children.

We loved it here. Really nicely set up with great plants and little activities to discover like the Tarzan trail. Relaxed and not too busy. The staff were lovely especially the guy who told us loads of great meerkat stories! My kids said it gets ‘two trillion out of 10’. Was well maintained. Thanks

Brilliant zoo with lots of interesting animals. The zookeepers are very knowledgeable and helpful. We spent 2 hours wandering around looking at the exhibits and still didn't see everything. It's definitely worth a visit. Buy tickets online beforehand as there's a discount. Just tell them the booking number at the entrance, no need to print anything.

A lovely little zoo. Came here on holiday from Paignton. So we are very used to that zoo. We have a yearly pass for Paignton Zoo, so made it a free entry and a cheap day out! Well kept. Loads of brilliant and happy animals to see. My kids loved the Easter Bunny they had there for entertainment. Not your usual boring cheap one either! Very funny. Lovely place to go for a few hours. Little niggle - may be a quite pricey for those having to pay. And doesn’t take that long to complete the whole park. But - a beautiful place and lots on offer and lots of easy to see animals! Great place.

Excellent time here today. All the animals were a pleasure to see, there was lots to see and our visit was made more enjoyable and memorable by the various talks hosted by Emma (we believe) throughout the day. Would really recommend this zoo, lovely atmosphere and great friendly staff.
