Fantastic zoo. Really good views of the animals. Beautiful grounds and some amazing plants. Food in the restaurant was a little on the expensive side £3 for a kids small sausage roll. A little difficult to find way round and sometimes have to go back on yourself. A lot of hills and uneven ground. Parking was simple. Pushchairs were available for hire at reasonable prices for the day. Lots of great photo opportunities.

Very nice little zoo, with a good selection of animals. And I was also very impressed with the cafe they had. I usually avoid cafes in a zoo/theme park, because I usually feel ripped off, but not this one. The prices were reasonable and the food and the portion sizes were great.

This is the fourth visit to this zoo in around 12 years, and each year there is less to see. The zoo is really easy to find, and parking is plentiful. The checking are quick, especially if you pre pay like we did. There isn’t many maps about, just arrows, and I downloaded the app for a map but couldn’t find one on the app, so I deleted it after getting notifications about paying to sponsor. Although everywhere was clean and tidy, there really wasn’t as much to see as previous visits. The train wasn’t to be seen, and a few animals were missing. The food was also not up to past quality. The pasty wasn’t great and the sandwich went in the bin. It does unfortunately look like it’s on its last legs. We won’t be going back, too many memories of past visits that make this look an expensive long walk.

I spent more then 3 hours with the family. It's was a really nice day out. A lot of fun to find all the animals, it has coffeeshop, toilets and restaurant from where you can buy some food and refreshments. The animals are amazing, I loved the tigers and the lions. The giraffes are tall and elegant. I would highly recommend, and will come back again. The staff friendly and helpful. Thank you.

Amazing park filled to the brim with exotic wildlife, much of it facing a very real threat of extinction. It is plenty well looked after by zoo keepers who care and there are many places within the park to sit down and relax. Plaques are common throughout and they present information to visitors in small and easy to understand chunks. There are toilets, a play park, a restaurant, and various booths for ice cream and refreshments scattered throughout. A gift shop is also present at the parks entrance/exit where visitors can buy reasonably priced toys and trinkets which all the proceeds to back into supporting the park. It's a great day out and I will definitely be coming back to see the animals again soon.
