We absolutely loved our stay. Gorgeous room, delicious food, beautiful decor, friendly staff. The location is stunning and it's a short walk to town and beaches. I plan to be back. My only criticism is the metal furniture in the dining room. The staff had to move us because my cousin has a bad knee. The breakfast room is so stunning we would have liked to have dinner in there. The breakfast is really good. It's so nice to have it cooked to order alongside a continental buffet. A really positive experience

Booked and paid for a superior sea view room for a night away. Put in a mouldy, damp, filthy room, a room that was supposed to be closed off to guests for inspections. No manager available to deal with the complaint/situation on the night. Promised a call to rectify the situation at some point during the evening, this didn’t happen. Clearly over booked and had no where else to put us. Offered a return visit at a discounted rate as compensation several weeks later after sending several email of complaint, that were not responded to! No reply to further correspondence. Totally unacceptable of a 4 star establishment. Avoid! They don’t care how their guests are treated. No form of customer relations.

Amazing hotel and facilities. The staff (especially Denise at reception, Sue and kayley in the restaurant) were terrific. Food is awesome and space very well maintained. The only thing i would say is that there should be more staff. The existing ones are very stretched but they make up for it in kindness and willingness to do whatever is needed.

Stayed here for our Honeymoon in April and had the most wonderful stay. The staff were fantastic, room very clean, tidy with exceptional views, bed very comfortable. The food was very good and would recommend this hotel to anyone I know, we will definitely be back.

Just had a simple one night stay as a pre birthday treat for my wife. Staff very welcoming, and we had a lovely room on the first floor with sea view ( just a shame about the flat roof outside of the windows, never mind can’t have everything)
Room was very well equipped, the bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was lovely, with a selection of toiletries, and selection of towels and individual bathrooms.
We stayed to visit a certain restaurant that was a short walk from the Atlantic, but unfortunately it was closed, so ventured into the town itself to eat.
The breakfast room offers fantastic views, and the menu is great, as well as the normal continental offerings. Special word of thanks goes to the breakfast manager Sue, an extremely pleasant lady !
